Our story

A studio shaped like a slow morning.

We started Solenne on a simple belief: emotional growth should feel composed and hopeful, never hurried. Everything we make is meant to genuinely help.

A calm, plant-filled studio softened by daylight

Why we exist

Healing work too often arrives loud and rushed. We wanted the opposite: a quiet, trust-first place where mindful practice, DBT-informed skills, and trauma-informed care could unfold at a human pace.

So Solenne is built like a journal you actually want to return to. Warm structure, a single cool breath of growth, and never a locked door between you and the next page.

We are small on purpose. Fewer voices, more care.

What we hold to

01

Steadiness

We move at a pace that stays kind. No locked overlays, no rush toward a finish line you did not set.

02

Honesty

Plain language, the point up front. We would rather be clear than impressive.

03

Safety

Trauma-informed by default. Consent guides every step, and you can always step back.

04

Care

If a practice does not genuinely help you, we do not keep it. Usefulness over polish, always.

The people behind it

A small team that would rather know you than scale you.
